Job Description:

Join OMNIC Self-Service Solutions as the Head of Procurement Team, leading the charge in ensuring the seamless supply of materials and components for our groundbreaking parcel locker production. This role is pivotal within our organization, offering you the chance to shape procurement strategies that drive both efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate all procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
  • Search, evaluate, and select suppliers
  • conduct negotiations and sign contracts within delegated authority
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality, and delivery terms
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aimed at cost optimization and supply reliability
  • Monitor warehouse inventory levels, prevent material shortages, and coordinate with production and warehouse teams
  • Work closely with production planning (PDO), manufacturing, and logistics departments to determine material requirements
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, prepare purchase requests, reports, and forecasts of material needs
  • Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality and reliability
  • Manage and develop the procurement team, set objectives, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Ensure proper documentation, adherence to internal policies, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of proven experience in procurement and supply chain management
  • Proficiency in Russian (Upper Intermediate, B2)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (1C, SAP, or similar) and strong Excel capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a motivated team, prioritize tasks, and ensure high-performance standards
  • Expertise in supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management
  • Strong financial awareness and capability in cost optimization strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and stress management skills to navigate dynamic situations
