Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or professional leadership certification (e.g., NPQEL) is a strong advantage.
Minimum of 5–8 years of teaching experience, with at least 2–3 years in a middle leadership capacity (e.g., Head of Department, Coordinator, or Assistant Head) within a school offering the Malaysian National Curriculum.
Deep familiarity with MoE guidelines, KSSR/KSSM structures, and national assessment standards.
