Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the implementation and alignment of the Malaysian National Curriculum (KSSR/KSSM), ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
  • Manage daily school operations, student discipline, timetabling, and school events
  • Mentor, guide, and evaluate teaching staff to foster a culture of continuous professional growth and collaboration
  • Serve as a key liaison for parents, addressing concerns and fostering a strong, supportive school community

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or professional leadership certification (e.g., NPQEL) is a strong advantage
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of teaching experience, with at least 2–3 years in a middle leadership capacity (e.g., Head of Department, Coordinator, or Assistant Head) within a school offering the Malaysian National Curriculum
  • Deep familiarity with MoE guidelines, KSSR/KSSM structures, and national assessment standards

Nice to have

Master’s degree or professional leadership certification (e.g., NPQEL)

  • Responsible for driving resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk
