Job Responsibility:

  • Managing and developing a broad caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, and estate administration
  • inheritance tax planning
  • trusts and estate planning
  • lasting powers of attorney and court of protection matters
  • supervising and mentoring junior team members
  • ensuring compliance and excellent service standards
  • contributing to the strategic growth of the department

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in private client law
  • confident managing a varied caseload independently
  • comfortable in a leadership or supervisory capacity
  • strong client care skills and ability to develop and maintain trusted client relationships
  • commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development and growing the department
