Role Overview As a Head of Presales Engineering, you will play a critical role in helping prospects and customers understand the value of Sinequa, ChapsAgents, and ArgonOS, and clearly articulating how it can solve their most critical challenges. You'll be the leader of a collaborative, high-energy team that values curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning. You will partner closely with Sales Managers to guide organizations through their evaluation journey - from initial discovery to technical validation. You will build the processes to provide a world class product demonstration, proof-of-concept cycles, and provide expert guidance on how to tailor the product - including RAG, agents, and workflows - to meet specific business needs. You are both a technical expert and a trusted advisor – a hands-on builder of technology and people. You seamlessly bridge the gap between business and technology, translating customer requirements into impactful solutions and ensuring a smooth path to adoption.
