Job Description:

Join Reel as Head of Power Solutions to accelerate the renewable energy transition. You will take on a key commercial leadership role, shaping and scaling our commercial development and driving impact at the heart of the renewable energy transition. Your core responsibilities will center around developing, structuring and executing our power offerings to renewable energy developers, including sourcing and structuring of PPAs, balancing agreements, and BESS optimization. You will also be responsible for our corporate demand-side, working on negotiating sizeable offtake-deals.

Job Responsibility:

Own and lead Reel’s power solutions strategy towards renewable energy developers and corporates
Source, structure, and negotiate PPAs that meet the needs of our growing corporate pipeline
Spearhead balancing agreement development and execution, supporting our growth as an independent BRP
Design and deliver bespoke offerings around BESS, flexible consumption, and renewable optimization to corporates
Continuously improve our in-house pricing models and contracting frameworks
Actively grow our network of renewable developers and represent Reel at major industry events

Requirements:

Strong commercial background and negotiation experience in energy markets, particularly PPAs and balancing
Deep understanding of renewable energy economics and asset optimization
Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with external partners
Structured, analytical mindset with experience improving pricing models and contracts
Excited about scaling an early-stage company and building something from the ground up
