Job Description

As the Head of Portfolio Strategy and Value realization you will serve as a strategic engine for the DTS organization. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the governance, financial health, and execution excellence of our entire enterprise application ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between technical delivery and business value, ensuring that our investments in SaaS Applications (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP), BI, and Artificial Intelligence translate into measurable competitive advantages. You are not just a "project tracker"; you are a playbook builder and a value architect who ensures we spend our capital wisely, manage our partners rigorously, and deploy AI with purpose. In this hybrid role, As Head of Portfolio Strategy and Value realization you will be reporting to the Head of Global IT, AI and Digital Transformation.

Job Responsibility

  • Annual Strategic Planning: Architect and lead the annual strategic portfolio for the Digital Transformation team, spearheading the intake process and cross-functional prioritization with stakeholders
  • Communicate the "Story of Value": Regularly present to executive stakeholders on how IT spend translates into tangible business benefits and ROI
  • AI Program Leadership: Lead the governance framework for AI programs to drive operational efficiency and move initiatives from experimental to production-grade
  • Playbook Development: Define and institutionalize standardized playbooks for the project lifecycle, from intake to production, to enable organizational scaling and change management strategy
  • Delivery Excellence: Oversee the global portfolio of projects across all functions to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery and implement Service realization framework clearly demonstrating the business value

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in IT Program Management, Portfolio Governance, or Business Technology, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
  • Proven track record managing large-scale implementations of enterprise SaaS (Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday) and complex ERP migrations
  • Significant experience leading AI/ML initiatives and BI programs, with an understanding of the data lifecycle
  • Expert-level experience in budget management, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analysis, and vendor contract negotiation
  • Elite stakeholder management skills
