Job Responsibility

Developing and implementing the Benelux and EU policy strategy in collaboration with the VP Northern Europe, the local team and other central stakeholders
Leading policy development work by outlining regulatory positions, interpreting new rules and producing clear material for EU and national engagement
Working with Analytics and Product teams to strengthen Voi’s evidence base and advocacy positions
Identifying, monitoring and preparing for tenders across the region, ensuring the right policy positioning
Engage proactively with city and regional authorities to shape upcoming mobility tenders and secure opportunities for participation
Collaborating with Product, Operations, Legal, PR and Tender team to align regulatory positions and support readiness for upcoming rules
Owning and developing senior political, technical and administrative relationships across the Benelux and within relevant EU institutions
Representing Voi in consultations, conferences and working groups, on European and national level, ensuring consistent and professional presentation of Voi’s positions
Maintaining oversight of compliance matters in the region and on European level, and preparing internal processes for regulatory change
Managing and mentoring the regional policy team, setting goals, supporting development and ensuring alignment with Voi’s strategic priorities
