Job Responsibility

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, engage, and develop the skills of a dedicated finance team
  • Performance Driving: Ensure transparent financial control, analyze monthly variances, and deploy corrective action plans
  • Budget Planning: Orchestrate the annual budgeting process and steer strategic financial forecasting
  • Asset & Investment Management: Supervise inventory valuation, optimize asset management, and rigorously track capital expenditure budgets (Actual vs. Plan)
  • Commercial Support & Compliance: Guarantee the financial compliance of bids and contracts, and support teams during client negotiations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (a CPA designation is a major asset)
  • 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (experience in the energy, transport, or distribution sectors is ideal)
  • Bilingual (french and english)
  • A proven track record of mobilizing teams and optimizing business processes
  • Solid experience in contract negotiation backed by excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail combined with a "hands-on" field approach to collaborate effectively with operational teams
