Job Responsibility:
To be accountable for the learning and achievement of all students in a subject
To provide high quality leadership and management for Physics within the Academy
To develop effective partnership working with other staff to secure high levels of student progress
Requirements:
Experience teaching across the key stages

Be an exceptional classroom practitioner with high expectations of both learning and behaviour
Able to inspire, motivate and enthuse pupils
