Job Description

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for all photography operations, managing client relationships, overseeing photography services and supporting the continued commercial success of the department.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing all photography operations for events
  • Acting as the primary contact for all client photographic queries
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting photography tenders, contracts, and presentations
  • Attending site visits and events
  • Managing events, staffing schedules, room plans, and equipment requirements
  • Booking and coordinating photographers and staff
  • Organising training events for photography teams
  • Monitoring photography standards and resolving quality control issues
  • Maintaining photography equipment, stock control, and ensuring all equipment is ready
  • Reviewing and improving photography processes and customer service delivery
  • Working closely with Product and Client Services teams to support smooth event delivery
  • Supporting studio consultations and product quality reviews
  • Undertaking product and pricing reviews
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth and cross-selling services
  • Producing reports, statistics, schedules, and operational updates for senior management
  • Updating website content and reviewing client ceremony information online

Requirements

  • Proven experience within a photography leadership or management role
  • Experienced photographer with strong studio photography knowledge
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Commercially aware with experience supporting sales growth and client retention
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workloads effectively
  • Strong IT and Excel skills
  • Flexible team player with a proactive attitude
  • Full UK driving licence required
