We are seeking a Head of Performance Marketing (or Manager Performance Marketing, depending on experience) to lead our client's digital customer acquisition strategy. This is a crucial, hands-on role where you will be the first hire in the Performance Marketing team, reporting directly to the leadership. You will be instrumental in developing, executing, and optimizing all international paid media campaigns to drive significant ROI and lead conversion for their cloud products and enterprise solutions. The role involves managing all digital channels, overseeing budgets, and eventually guiding a team of three future hires.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and roll out end-to-end digital marketing strategies for cloud solutions, reseller services, and enterprise products across key international regions (SEA, MENA, LatAm, EU)
Manage and optimize advertising budgets, ensuring effective spend distribution across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Baidu, and other platforms to maximize ROI
Monitor key performance metrics (CPA, CPL, conversion rates) and refine campaigns using insights from GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to enhance lead quality, strengthen funnel alignment, and support overall revenue goals
Partner with creative and content teams to produce impactful ad creatives and high-performing landing pages
Utilize MarTech tools—including GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce—and automation systems for tracking, reporting, and lead management
Stay informed on cloud market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic marketing decisions
Team Leadership (Future Focus): As the team expands, guide and mentor three future performance marketing hires
Requirements:
Must be fluent in Mandarin
Proven hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, specifically managing international paid campaigns (SEA, MENA, LatAm, or EU markets)
Experience with cloud vendors, resellers, or Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystems is highly advantageous
Strong, practical experience with major digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Baidu, TikTok)
Proficiency in web and marketing analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio) and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and lead automation systems
Technical background or a strong understanding of the cloud solution sales cycle and B2B marketing
Demonstrated ability to work independently as a sole contributor while also possessing the potential or experience to guide and mentor a small team
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international stakeholders
