They are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Acquisition Manager with experience in social media advertising, SEM, programmatic marketing, and funnel optimisation to oversee multiple websites and their daily operations. We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead and scale paid acquisition and conversion efforts across the iGaming and Finance verticals, with a primary focus on the US market. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in high-budget performance marketing campaigns, including Social Media Ads, SEM, and Programmatic advertising. They should also have knowledge of affiliate tracking, BI, data analysis, and CRO. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic leadership, and deep expertise in digital marketing within regulated industries such as casino, sports betting, and financial services. The successful candidate will have full ownership over budget allocation, marketing strategy, and team leadership, collaborating with agency partners, designers, developers, and content teams to drive scalable growth. Experience with US gambling regulations, major sportsbook brands, and state-specific acquisition strategies is highly preferred.
