Our client is a high growth, private equity backed healthcare services platform with a multi location footprint and an active acquisition strategy. The business partners with founder led practices, providing centralized capabilities across operations, marketing, and growth while preserving local brand equity and clinical independence. We are seeking a SVP, Performance Marketing to design, build, and scale a centralized customer acquisition engine across the platform. This role will own paid media and digital acquisition strategy end to end, with responsibility for driving measurable patient demand for high consideration, primarily out of pocket services. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across the full digital funnel, strong analytical rigor, and experience scaling performance marketing in complex, multi site environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Elevate the consumer experience and drive growth across a rapidly expanding network of dental practices
  • Build and scale a centralized performance and consumer acquisition strategy
  • Ensure each patient journey, from first inquiry through treatment, is seamless, data informed, and grounded in care
  • Align marketing and sales processes across the platform, creating consistency in lead generation, distribution, and conversion
  • Ensure growth remains sustainable and consumer centered as the organization scales rapidly

Requirements:

  • Own end-to-end consumer acquisition, managing the full lead cycle from initial inquiry through consultation and conversion across both digital and physical clinic locations
  • Develop and execute omni-channel marketing strategy, integrating digital, paid media, CRM, and in-clinic touchpoints to optimize the patient journey
  • Drive performance marketing and digital acquisition initiatives, managing agencies for paid media spend while ensuring accountability and alignment with organizational goals
  • Build and lead a high-performing internal team, defining which functions are insourced versus outsourced and managing budget and resources effectively
  • Shape promotion and pricing strategies, lead A/B testing, and apply creative, data-driven approaches to attract and retain patients
  • Analyze marketing performance and operational data to identify opportunities, make recommendations, and implement improvements independently
  • Develop and execute A/B or multivariate funnel tests, measure performance objectively, and scale winning strategies
  • Establish and execute personal strategy and philosophy for patient acquisition, ensuring initiatives are measurable, optimized, and aligned with business objectives
  • Maintain oversight of CRM systems and technology tools to streamline lead distribution, tracking, and internal reporting
  • Ensure all initiatives prioritize patient experience while supporting rapid growth and scalable operations
  • Deep performance marketing expertise spanning paid media, CRO, SEO, and organic growth across direct-to-consumer and retail channels, with attention to regional and geographic dynamics
  • Omni-channel strategy experience, integrating digital, CRM, and in-store touchpoints to optimize the customer journey
  • Knowledge and ability to coach teams, innovate, and implement creative solutions
