We are seeking a Head of Acquisition Marketing Strategy to lead Fever’s global growth engine. This role will own the strategic direction and performance of paid marketing channels and user acquisition initiatives. You’ll manage millions of dollars in annual media investment, lead a large cross-functional marketing organization, and take full ownership of P&L performance. This position requires a combination of strategic vision, data-driven execution, creative leadership, and business acumen — someone who can operate at both the macro and micro level to scale one of the fastest-growing entertainment platforms in the world.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute Fever’s global acquisition marketing strategy to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability across all markets
  • Own the acquisition P&L, ensuring scalable, sustainable ROI across channels and geographies
  • Translate business goals into actionable marketing roadmaps that connect strategy, creative, and analytics
  • Oversee paid acquisition across channels including Paid Search, Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), Display, Programmatic, Affiliates, and emerging platforms
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through advanced measurement, attribution modeling, and automation
  • Lead creative experimentation and personalization strategies to improve conversion and lifetime value
  • Champion innovation by testing new channels, formats, and technologies to reach new audiences globally
  • Build, mentor, and scale a world-class acquisition marketing organization
  • Foster a high-performance culture that combines analytical rigor, creativity, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Growth, Creative, Product, Data, CRM, etc to ensure integrated growth initiatives
