We’re supporting a business going through a major strategic reset – shifting focus from acquisition to retention, efficiency, and community-led growth. We’re looking for a senior, consulting-style Head of Performance / Marketing Analytics to lead a short, high-impact engagement (not hands-on execution).

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic review across paid media, CRM, platforms & lifecycle
  • Heavy stakeholder engagement (workshops, interviews, cross-team collaboration)
  • Focus on first-order churn, retention & marketing efficiency

Requirements:

  • Previous Head of Performance / Marketing Analytics experience
  • Strong consulting background
  • Subscription experience + Braze (or similar CRM)
