You will shape how the business understands performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights that impact revenue, product performance and strategic priorities. You will build and lead the Performance & Insights function, setting a clear vision, strategy and ways of working that scale across markets, with hybrid working to suit you. Partner with senior leadership, align analytics with business goals and help shape the commercial roadmap. Job Responsibility:

  • Establish and lead the Performance & Insights function, setting vision and priorities aligned to strategic objectives

Requirements:

  • proven experience leading analytics, insights, or performance teams within fast-paced digital or consumer businesses
  • a background in iGaming, sports betting, or digital consumer platforms
