Job Description

You will shape how the business understands performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights that impact revenue, product performance and strategic priorities. You will build and lead the Performance & Insights function, setting a clear vision, strategy and ways of working that scale across markets, with hybrid working to suit you. Partner with senior leadership, align analytics with business goals and help shape the commercial roadmap. Job Responsibility

  • Establish and lead the Performance & Insights function, setting vision and priorities aligned to strategic objectives
  • Develop and coach team members to strengthen technical capability and commercial understanding
  • Establish scalable processes, tools, and ways of working that enable the team to deliver high-quality insight
  • Define how the company measures performance, establish cadence for high-frequency monitoring and long-term trend analysis
  • Lead the development and governance of KPIs and frameworks that support long-term strategy
  • Provide a clear performance narrative that helps leadership understand trends, risks and opportunities
  • Support critical business decisions through actionable insight that improves product and commercial performance
  • Assess ROI of key product, marketing and commercial initiatives to inform future strategy and investments
  • Lead deep performance diagnostics to understand what drives changes and where to optimise
  • Co-lead the Data & Analytics community to ensure alignment across analytics, data science and data products
  • Build strong relationships with FP&A, Data, Marketing and Strategy
  • partner with Data Engineering and Central Analytics teams to ensure reliable data and clear metric definitions
  • Promote the use of AI and emerging analytical tools to accelerate insight generation, in partnership with Data Science and Central Analytics teams
