Job Responsibility:
Establish and lead the Performance & Insights function, setting vision and priorities aligned to strategic objectives
Develop and coach team members to strengthen technical capability and commercial understanding
Establish scalable processes, tools, and ways of working that enable the team to deliver high-quality insight
Define how the company measures performance, establish cadence for high-frequency monitoring and long-term trend analysis
Lead the development and governance of KPIs and frameworks that support long-term strategy
Provide a clear performance narrative that helps leadership understand trends, risks and opportunities
Support critical business decisions through actionable insight that improves product and commercial performance
Assess ROI of key product, marketing and commercial initiatives to inform future strategy and investments
Lead deep performance diagnostics to understand what drives changes and where to optimise
Co-lead the Data & Analytics community to ensure alignment across analytics, data science and data products
Build strong relationships with FP&A, Data, Marketing and Strategy
partner with Data Engineering and Central Analytics teams to ensure reliable data and clear metric definitions
Promote the use of AI and emerging analytical tools to accelerate insight generation, in partnership with Data Science and Central Analytics teams
Requirements:
proven experience leading analytics, insights, or performance teams within fast-paced digital or consumer businesses
a background in iGaming, sports betting, or digital consumer platforms
strong skills in SQL, cloud-based data platforms, and data visualisation tools
