Job Responsibility:
Embed a culture of training and development that improves capability at every level, ensuring the guest experience reflects our heritage of quality
Design and deliver authentic learning programmes that celebrate our culture and elevate standards across all sites
Recognise and celebrate success, ensuring quality outcomes are achieved through development and continuous improvement
Lead engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, build community, and foster belonging across our teams
Facilitate engagement surveys, focus groups, and action plans that reflect empathy and care for our people
Champion open, generous, and proactive communication throughout the business to ensure every team member feels valued
Partner with operations leaders to embed people initiatives that support business growth and responsibility
Coach and develop leaders, empowering them to take ownership of people management and foster opportunity for their teams
Build and manage people dashboards to measure impact, using insights to drive purposeful change and sustainable growth
Support Lina Stores through expansion, ensuring our people processes and culture scale with passion and responsibility
Requirements:
Proven senior People/HR leadership experience in a multi-site, UK-wide organisation (hospitality/restaurant/retail preferred)
Strong track record of delivering people initiatives with measurable results
Robust expertise in employee relations and UK employment law
Skilled in designing and embedding training and development programmes
Experience using data and people dashboards to influence decision-making
Pragmatic, hands-on, and solutions-focused with the ability to balance operational and strategic priorities
A natural coach with exceptional business partnering and influencing skills
