Requirements:

  • A People/HR expert with 5+ years’ experience in the field
  • Previous experience leading a department and line management of a person or team of people
  • A strategic visionary – you can craft a compelling vision that aligns seamlessly the company mission
  • A clear & confident communicator, at all levels
  • Adaptable and open-minded, able to work in a fast paced environment and roll with the punches
  • Passionate about people – your emotional intelligence & relationship-building skills are your superpowers, creating an atmosphere where every team member feels valued and motivated
  • A feedback champion – ability to coach team members with insight, nurturing a culture of growth.
  • You face tough decisions head-on & can stand by your choices, learning from every result
