The CEO is looking to partner with a Head of People or People Director who can harness a uniquely strong culture to develop and drive a people strategy which will support this brands ambitious growth plans.
Job Responsibility:
Define and drive a people strategy aligned with the brands purpose and vision
Bring the culture and values to life, ensuring all people practices are aligned to attract, reward and retain the best people
Enable the brand to be recognised as an employer of choice
Redefine employer marketing and recruitment processes to attract top calibre individuals
Lead senior level decision-making for day-to-day people management and strategic people direction
Influence and act as a culture catalyst as a key member of the Leadership Team
Create and embed robust HR processes and systems to allow the business to scale
Foster an environment of continuous learning and development
Define and deliver training and development plans for all roles with a focus on succession planning
Requirements:
HR generalist with experience in consumer service industries
Experience of scaling a hospitality experience highly desirable
Comfortable with both operational and strategic HR leadership
Degree and CIPD qualified
Expertise in talent, ideally gained in a fast growth customer centric business
Ability to move at pace in a fast growth environment
Goal orientated, highly organised with a robust focus on delivery
High levels of authenticity and integrity
Result orientated and hands on Leader with proven track record of successful implementation of People strategies including business transformation
Experienced in and passionate about learning and development with a proven track record in creating a high performing culture
