Job Description:

Own the full People experience at Heetch, from hiring to development, performance and employee experience. You define and run the People strategy, support leaders, and help keep our culture strong, aligned and sustainable. This role has a broad People leadership scope, with an expectation to stay hands on on key Talent Acquisition topics, especially senior and executive hiring.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and own the People strategy at Heetch, aligned with business priorities and our culture
  • Be hands on with recruitment, especially senior and executive roles, while leading the People & TA team
  • Own and continuously improve all People processes across the employee lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, performance, goal setting and feedback
  • Lead learning and development initiatives, including mentoring, shadowing and manager development
  • Own engagement surveys and feedback loops, and turn insights into concrete actions
  • Oversee office management, internal events and moments that bring teams together
  • Drive culture initiatives, company wide rituals and ways of working
  • Lead People-related company communications, ensuring clarity, consistency and transparency

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience managing teams
  • Comfortable owning a broad People leadership scope
  • Strong cultural awareness and experience working in international environments
  • Good understanding of labour law, or ability to navigate it with local experts
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Confident navigating and leading through change
