Our client is on a mission - a mission to continually enhance the efficiency of pensions performance for everyone, at every level, to ensure secure saving for a safe future. And you could now play a major role in championing this innovative vision as Head of Pensions Onboarding, taking the lead on the integration processes of new pension scheme clients. Bringing your high level of data literacy and project management skills to this forward-thinking institution, you will be pivotal in leading the transition function, setting the strategic direction for onboarding and integration while acting as the senior point of contact for intricate, high‑value client transitions. You will also oversee the end‑to‑end transitions from initial scoping to full BAU handover, ensuring smooth integration of systems, processe and data and conducting due diligence for Buy‑Out transactions and supporting contractual discussions. Designing tools and processes to resolve client data issues, you will additionally use your prowess for data analysis and due dilligence to identify risks and opportunities within data sets. An expert in DB & DC pensions admin systems and data structures, the successful candidate will possess demonstrable team management experience together with sophisticated communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and engaging way. Excellent SQL and relational database skills, plus advanced Excel capability, are also essential. This is a senior role within a major pensions provider in which you will have the opportunity to shape transition strategy and drive data excellence.
