We are looking for a Head of Pastry to join our team in London. You will be responsible for the pastry kitchen and the development and delivery of every pastry dish across the site. That means plated desserts, event menus, high volume prep and quiet moments of joy. You will lead a great team and work closely with our Head Chef and Executive Chef to bring consistency, pace and energy to the pastry kitchen.

Job Responsibility

  • To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer needs
  • To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
  • Work effectively with all colleagues at the relevant site to ensure excellent customer service
  • Making outstanding quality food that is ‘picture perfect’ every time
  • Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard
  • Supporting and developing a talented team of pastry chefs
  • Managing ordering, stock, planning and kitchen admin
  • Bringing ideas and creativity to new menus and guest experiences
