We’re now looking for a Head of Partnerships to join our Marketing & Growth team in our new NYC office. In this role, you’ll build and lead Nory’s global partnership strategy — defining how we unlock new distribution channels, deepen industry relationships, and fuel our expansion across the US and European markets.
Job Responsibility:
Own and execute Nory’s partnership strategy — with a laser focus on driving acquisition and brand growth in the US and UKI
Identify, evaluate, and activate high-impact partners — from industry associations and POS providers to restaurant tech ecosystems and hospitality innovators
Develop frameworks, playbooks, and performance metrics that turn partnerships into a repeatable, data-driven growth engine
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to embed partnerships into every part of our GTM motion
Negotiate and manage strategic relationships that deliver measurable commercial impact and long-term brand visibility
Champion the channel internally — building confidence that partnerships are a core, predictable growth lever
Represent Nory externally — at key industry events, partner summits, and within the wider hospitality tech community
Requirements:
Deep understanding of the US restaurant and hospitality sector — ideally with firsthand experience navigating its ecosystem
Proven track record in partnership leadership, ideally within hospitality tech or a fast-scaling SaaS environment
Expertise in partnership strategy and execution — from market mapping to deal negotiation and partner enablement
Strong commercial and negotiation acumen, balancing strategic value with revenue outcomes
Highly analytical and outcome-driven — confident designing KPIs, tracking ROI, and iterating based on data
Natural cross-functional collaborator — adept at aligning Marketing, Sales, Product, and Ops around shared partnership goals
What we offer:
401k with company match up to 4%
20 days paid time off, plus public holidays
Private health, dental, and vision insurance with 100% employee cover and 50% dependent cover
12 weeks paid parental leave for birthing parent, 4 weeks of paid leave for non-birthing parent and baby loss support
$1,000 annual personal development budget + quarterly book budget
$250 home office workspace budget
Regular travel to London or Dublin, or for team offsites
