We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to lead and scale our channel and strategic partnership ecosystem for our International Branch Campuses. This is a senior role responsible for building high-quality recruitment pipelines through counsellor networks, study-abroad agencies, feeder institutions, and education ecosystem partners. You will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle - from strategy and onboarding to commercial agreements, performance management, and compliance -and execution, including working closely with the Outreach and Admissions teams.
Job Responsibility:
Build and execute the channel partnerships strategy across priority regions and partner segments
Identify, onboard, and manage recruitment partners aligned with enrolment and brand building/awareness goals
Own partner contracting and commercials, including MOUs, renewals, and compliance
Track and optimise partner performance across applications, conversions, and enrolments
Enable partners with training, tools, and regular engagement to ensure strong programme representation
Develop strategic institutional alliances with schools, education platforms, and ecosystem players
Collaborate with internal teams to align partner-led pipelines with admissions timelines and messaging
Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to manage risk and maintain partner quality
Requirements:
Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
12+ years of experience in channel partnerships, student recruitment partnerships, or education alliances
Strong experience in negotiating and managing commercial agreements
Deep understanding of school counselling ecosystems and study-abroad recruitment channels
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset with experience managing partner performance and ROI
