Job Description

You'll work closely with the MD to execute the growth strategy - generating pipeline, leading early-stage conversations, and bringing new clients and partners to the table.This role is focused on what's next - new relationships, new opportunities, and new revenue.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify, target, and pursue prospective clients and partners across priority sectors
  • Build and maintain a healthy, accurately forecasted pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Generate outbound opportunities through research, networking, and direct outreach
  • Manage inbound leads from first contact through to qualified opportunity
  • Lead early-stage new business conversations - articulating the business's proposition clearly and compellingly
  • Coordinate internally with the MD and Account Director to build commercially sound and deliverable proposals
  • Maintain a sharp understanding of trends, challenges, and opportunities within the BPO and outsourced services market
  • Identify new sectors, geographies, or service lines that represent credible growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in a business development, sales, or commercial role ideally within a BPO, outsourcing, or managed services environment
  • Other sectors will be considered however selling a service versus product is essential
  • Comfortable leading senior-level conversations with procurement, operations, and C-suite contacts
  • Familiarity with BPO commercial models - understanding how contracts, SLAs, and pricing structures work
  • Experience coordinating and producing proposals, tenders, and RFP responses
