Job Description

A growing marketing agency is seeking a Head of Sales & Brand Deals to build its sponsorship sales function from the ground up. This is a builder role for someone who has seen what a high functioning sales operation looks like and is ready to create one. The infrastructure is being laid, they need someone to own and scale it.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and own a process driven sales infrastructure from scratch
  • Pursue large sponsorship and title partnership deals across established sports properties
  • Execute structured outreach using HubSpot and ZoomInfo
  • Help launch and sell into new sports verticals as they come online
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to leadership

Requirements

  • Partnership, sponsorship, or brand sales experience: sports, media, or experiential marketing preferred
  • Adjacent backgrounds considered: brand-side or sponsorship agency sales
  • Experience building sales processes, not just running within an established one
  • Comfortable in a hybrid warehouse/office environment: not a traditional agency setting
  • Polished enough to open doors with major brands
  • willing to grind daily to get there
