Job Description:

At Atlassian, we’re on the lookout for an experienced leader to take on the critical role of Head of Partner Solutions, Cloud Platform. In this newly created position, you’ll lead a team dedicated to shaping and executing the Partner Solutions strategy and business. This role involves driving the adoption of Atlassian solutions, building impactful partnerships, and accelerating growth in fast-growing segments.

Job Responsibility:

  • manage a small team of Partner Solutions Strategists/Architects to recruit, activate, and engage diverse partners
  • define and implement a regional strategy for growing Partner Solutions business
  • build joint solutions and go-to-market strategies with partners
  • lead workshops and strategic sessions with partners to build Atlassian solution capabilities
  • assess partner capacity, coverage, and recruitment needs with Channel teams
  • represent Atlassian’s thought leadership at industry events
  • educate Enterprise Sales teams on partner capabilities
  • optimize co-selling motions
  • align business strategies with Partner Solutions, Channel, and Sales teams for result execution.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Product, Consulting, and Sales, ideally within Digital Transformation or Enterprise Solutions
  • proven track record of working effectively for/with partners, including GSIs and Next Gen Partners
  • leading partner-focused strategy and execution
  • strong business acumen
  • deep understanding of positioning value, selling consultatively, and measuring ROI
  • ability to drive outcomes through a strategic, partner-first mindset
  • excellent communication skills with ability to present at executive level and conduct technical workshops with partner and technology teams
  • growth mindset

  • relentless drive to meet and exceed sales and non-revenue targets
  • strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and commitment to executing and delivering on goals.
