As the Head of Partners, you will be responsible for defining and executing Lieferando’s end-to-end Partner Growth Strategy, driving sustainable business growth through strategic partnerships across restaurants, chains, and key accounts and Groceries & Verticals. You will play a critical role in maximizing partner performance, strengthening relationships, and unlocking joint growth opportunities through best-in-class marketing activation, visibility, and partner engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable partner strategies and build compelling business cases
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders (e.g., Sales, AME, MD, and central functions) and external strategic partners
