Job Responsibility:

Oversee daily operations of the painting workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completion
Develop and implement innovative painting techniques and processes that align with sustainability goals
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of painters, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project specifications and quality standards
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies, optimizing resource utilization
Conduct regular quality control assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards
Implement training programs for staff to enhance skills and knowledge in painting techniques and safety protocols
Analyze production metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the workshop's performance and innovation

Requirements:

1-7 years of experience in a painting workshop or related field
Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence
Strong understanding of painting processes, materials, and safety regulations
Ability to communicate effectively in English, with a minimum proficiency of A1 to A2 level
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation
Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work on-site in Rustavi and commit to a full-time schedule
