Build and run our global People Tech ecosystem, turning complex processes into smooth, scalable operations that empower teams worldwide. You will ensure our systems, data, and workflows are scalable, compliant, and support a seamless employee experience across all markets. This is a hands-on role where you combine long-term roadmap ownership with daily operational execution. You will own our HCM system, master data, and core employee lifecycle processes, and act as the key link between People & Culture (P&C), Finance, IT, and external vendors.
Job Responsibility:
Product Owner and Superuser for our HCM / core HR system, accountable for system configuration, data integrity, releases, and continuous improvement
Accountable for people analytics and reporting, delivering accurate standard and ad-hoc insights from HR systems to support People & Culture, Finance, and leadership decision-making
Own and continuously improve HR master data and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
Lead systems and workflows covering absence, time management, travel, and expense
Implement and optimise tools supporting Talent Acquisition (TA), Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Learning & Development (L&D), and Performance Management
Ensure data quality, standardisation, scalability, and audit readiness across all People systems
Support global payroll vendor governance in close collaboration with C&B, ensuring aligned data flows, integrations, and operational accuracy
Strengthen payroll-related compliance, controls, and operational stability across markets
Drive the global People Tech & Operations roadmap
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls
Own people analytics and reporting
Support Employer of Record solutions
Implement new systems and workflows
Lead release management and testing
Drive change management and training
Act as interface between P&C, Finance, and IT
Requirements:
Strong project and program management skills, with experience delivering complex HR Tech or HR Operations initiatives end to end
Solid understanding of change management, including stakeholder engagement, adoption, and enablement across multiple markets and user groups
Understanding of employee lifecycle processes in international settings
Comfortable navigating HR, Finance, IT, and vendor landscapes
Experience from global or multi-country environments
Excellent English skills
High drive, ownership, and structure
Strong communicator able to translate needs into scalable solutions
