Job Description:

Client — a fast-growing, globally recognized digital-asset liquidity provider — is seeking a Head of US OTC Trading to lead and expand its institutional and OTC flow business in North America. This leader will sit at the intersection of trading, liquidity strategy, and institutional coverage, helping Client broaden its footprint with exchanges, trading firms, brokerages, and high-volume counterparties. The role is ideal for someone with deep HFT experience who wants to build a high-impact desk within a market-making environment, with meaningful autonomy and direct access to founders of the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and lead Client’s US trading function across spot, derivatives, and options flow
  • Price and execute institutional block trades, structured trades, and cross-product strategies
  • Deepen relationships with crypto foundations, brokers, funds, OTC counterparties, and liquidity takers
  • Collaborate with quant, tech, and product teams to optimize pricing engines, workflow, and automation
  • Identify and onboard new institutional clients across North America
  • Expand Client’s options flow capabilities (pricing, hedging, vol-surface understanding)
  • Contribute to market-structure strategy as Client scales its U.S. presence
  • Recruit and mentor traders as the desk grows volume and product coverage

Requirements:

  • 7–15+ years’ experience in OTC trading, crypto markets, FX, or electronic derivatives
  • Direct experience trading spot and OTC options
  • Strong understanding of short-dated options, greeks, hedging strategies, and volatility markets
  • Background in a top-tier digital trading firm, market maker, prime broker, or OTC desk
  • Strong counterparty relationships across funds, prop shops, crypto foundations, or brokerages
  • High comfort level working in a rapidly scaling, entrepreneurial organization
  • Ability to work remotely anywhere in North America or Caribbean
What we offer:
  • Competitive + uncapped performance upside tied to desk growth
  • Opportunity to build an OTC/Options business within a top-tier liquidity provider
  • Highly entrepreneurial environment without bureaucracy
  • Direct reporting line to executive leadership and founders
  • Uncapped upside in first several years tied to desk growth and performance
  • North America mandate with global access and geographic flexibility
  • Ability to shape Client’s North American institutional footprint during a critical expansion phase
