Our client, a leading International School group, is looking for a strategic Head of Operations. You will be responsible for leading the operations team to provide efficient support for the school while providing strategic leadership in formulating and executing growth strategies.
Job Responsibility:
Financial Management & Purchasing: Support the Finance Manager in running school financial functions
Lead annual budget preparation and quarterly re-forecasts
Ensure internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets
People & Culture (HR): Translate strategic business plans into tactical HR identifies (staffing, attraction, and retention)
Forecast HR budgets regarding headcount and payroll
ICT & Facilities Management: Develop an environment with systems that encourage operational efficiency
Oversee M&E services, building equipment maintenance, and new infrastructure projects
Risk Management & Outsourced Services: Maintain high standards for F&B, Security, Transport, and Cleaning
Ensure statutory compliance with Health and Safety legislation
Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or Professional Qualification preferred)
Extensive experience in senior-level operations management
Proven track record within a reputable International School/Higher Education environment OR a fast-paced MNC with a focus on service delivery and complex stakeholder management
Strong background in managing multi-functional areas (Finance, HR, ICT, Facilities)
Ability to report directly to C-suite and Board levels
