Job Description:

You will be responsible for leading project execution, ensuring smooth coordination between Product, Project Managers, Furnishing, Sales and Finance teams. Your mission is to make sure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at weVLC quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and oversee all project transformations, ensuring alignment with company standards and strategic objectives
  • Supervise manager projects by assigning projects, conducting 1:1s, reviewing progress and providing guidance to ensure efficient execution
  • Define project prioritisation in collaboration with the leadership team, balancing workload, timelines, and business priorities
  • Ensure project performance by delivering projects on time, within budget, and with targeted profit margins
  • Support problem-solving on construction sites, addressing technical, logistical, and operational challenges as they arise
  • Participate in contractor selection and negotiation for key or strategic projects
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to monitor budgets, track cash flow and prepare investor reports
  • Maintain communication with key investors, providing updates and responding to project specific inquiries
