Job Responsibility:

Manage and motivate a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives
Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to optimise production efficiency
Oversee operational budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maximising profitability
Establish key performance indicators to measure success and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven experience in operations management, ideally from a furniture consultancy, dealer, interiors business, or fit out/construction business
Current or previous experience working as a Project Manager
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
