The Head of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational strategy, execution, and performance within their geographical region. Reporting directly to the SVP of Operations, the Head of Operations leads regional operations, overseeing Senior Operations Managers and ensuring customer success, operational efficiency, and scalability across the territory. This role focuses on setting strategic direction for the region, providing governance, and aligning operational performance with broader company goals.
Job Responsibility:
Own the operational strategy for the region, aligning local execution with global priorities
Lead and manage Senior Operations Managers and their teams, ensuring project success, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence
Define regional KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring consistent tracking, reporting, and accountability
Partner with the VP of Operations to translate company-wide strategic goals into actionable regional initiatives
Oversee all capacity and resource planning within the region
Act as the ultimate point of escalation for regional operational and customer challenges
Ensure consistency of operational standards, processes, and documentation across the region
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in regional operations
Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product leadership to ensure seamless regional delivery of customer solutions
Represent regional operational needs in global planning discussions
Provide executive-level updates and insights on regional performance, risks, and opportunities
Lead, coach, and inspire Senior Operations Managers and their teams
Foster collaboration and alignment across functions and countries within the region
Champion professional development and succession planning
Represent the region in strategic customer discussions
Engage with key accounts and stakeholders to understand customer needs
Travel within the region (up to 30%) for customer, team, and executive engagements
Requirements:
10–12+ years in regional operations, program management, or solutions delivery
5+ years in senior leadership roles
Proven ability to lead and scale diverse, distributed teams across multiple countries within a region
Strong capability in shaping and executing operational strategy at the regional level
Keen interest in Everseen's technology solutions
Familiarity with enterprise software deployments, networking, containerization (Linux, Docker/Podman), and automation (Ansible)
Expertise in governance, capacity planning, and process optimization
Proficiency with project management software, including Microsoft 365, Jira, and Teamwork
Strong track record of cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, and Sales
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrates initiative, drive, and self-motivation
Possesses in-depth problem-solving skills and exercises good judgment
Highly organized with excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
A relevant degree qualification is preferred
A Project Management qualification (Prince2, PMP etc.) is preferred
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, project kick-offs, or other project-related activities, which may be up to a maximum of 30% of your working time
