Reporting to the Industrial & Innovations Director, you will support & challenge General Managers in improving the operational and financial performance of their businesses. Regular national travel is required.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Qualified to degree level in a relevant discipline or have equivalent experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment
  • Possess or be working towards the APM PMQ or Prince 2 in Project Management
  • Direct operational and programme management experience
  • Proven experience in implementing lean six sigma techniques
  • Experience in developing and implementing relevant aspects of business management systems
  • Ability to coach and influence across all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Working knowledge of emerging technologies & industry trends
  • A technical and practical leader by example
  • Self-motivated in a highly autonomous role and demonstrates self sufficiency
