Job Description:

Head of Consumer Lending Operational Excellence position at Wells Fargo, leading process engineering and intelligent automation teams to deliver quality projects and drive continuous improvement in Consumer Lending businesses.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a team of process engineers and intelligent automation professionals
Deliver quality, high-impact projects
Responsible for process modeling and documentation in support of RCSA for Consumer Lending businesses
Use BPM standards, analytics, and intelligent automation to drive continuous improvement
Work cross functionally across the organization
Partner with Finance to identify opportunities to improve operating leverage
Work with Control teams to analyze risk and control environment
Partner with Technology teams to analyze workflows and implement improvements
Drive projects aligned to CL Strategy to enable well-managed growth and operating efficiency
Improve operating leverage and reduce unnecessary friction
Lead process and control optimization initiatives
Champion automation and AI to streamline operations
Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Control to align goals and performance targets

Requirements:

8+ years of risk management, business controls, or compliance experience
4+ years of management experience
Extensive experience in process improvement, operational efficiency, ROI and project benefit financial analysis
Proven experience in collaborating across teams and lines of business within large organizations
Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills
Strong change management and leadership focus
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and anecdotal feedback to structure complex problems and make decisions
Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving and execution skills
Exceptional people leadership, relationship development and negotiating skills
