Job Description

Join a high-growth multinational technology business in a senior leadership role with a broad scope across all operational accounting functions. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll lead a team responsible for Accounts Payable, Billing/AR, and Payroll — driving accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across a scaled, fast-paced environment. You’ll also support month-end close, Board reporting, and the annual audit, while acting as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead operational accounting across AP, Billing/AR, and Payroll with a focus on controls and efficiency
  • Support monthly close, Board/Lender reporting, and external audit coordination
  • Partner with HR on staff benefits compliance and the annual 401(k) audit
  • Provide data-driven financial insight to senior leadership and support Group budgeting and forecasting
  • Champion process improvement and technology adoption across the function

Requirements

  • CA or equivalent essential
  • Big 4 background highly regarded but not essential
  • 6+ years’ post-qualification experience with leadership
  • Strong IFRS knowledge

  • Advanced Excel and large Cloud ERP experience
