We are looking for a senior transformation leader to shape and deliver Unilever Thailand’s omnichannel strategy and Customer Development (CD/ Sales) transformation. This role will lead the modernization of how we win in market; across Modern Trade, General Trade, and hybrid channels by driving simplification, digitisation, AI enabled execution, and Perfect Store excellence. Thailand will act as a pilot market, setting new benchmarks for CD execution and performance culture.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end 1Unilever omnichannel strategy for Thailand, including organisation design, resource shifts, capabilities, and tools
Drive radical simplification and digitisation of CD processes, ways of working, and governance
Deploy best-in-class tools and AI solutions across Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, and hybrid channel models
Position Thailand as a pilot market for modernised CD execution and scalable best practices
Own and lead the 1Unilever Perfect Store strategy and national implementation, delivering step-change growth
Set and embed execution excellence standards, routines, and performance discipline
Ensure sustained execution quality across channels and customers
Deliver omnichannel growth, GT sales, and 1Unilever growth targets
Drive transformation of Dcom-Marketplace, Omni-channel and Social Commerce
Build CRM and D2C model for Unilever Thailand
Drive a strong performance culture, linking goals, performance management, and rewards across the CD value chain
Ensure robust commercial governance, including S&OP, promo management, and TTS/CPP spend control
Lead senior, top-to-top customer engagement across channels, including strategic negotiations and partnerships
Work closely with BU Commercial Leads, MT BU Leads, and Country Commercial leadership to deliver customer and business outcomes
Act as a senior integrator across BUs, resolving priorities, trade-offs, and execution issues
Requirements:
Proven track record leading commercial strategy and large-scale transformation
Demonstrated success in building new revenue streams and business models
Strong experience in D-commerce, digital / social commerce, and CD digitisation
Multi-channel and multi-country experience, ideally including developed markets
Deep customer understanding and ability to lead senior-level customer relationships
Strong commercial acumen with disciplined approach to governance and value management
Highly effective stakeholder leadership, including navigating complexity across BUs
Data and technology savvy, with a digital and AI-enabled mindset
Enterprise thinker
