Cherubs Bingham is the latest addition to the Cherubs Nurseries family, opening March 2026. Our plans are to grow this nursery to a 100+ place nursery, in response to the growing community around the nursery. The nursery is well-placed with good bus, train and road links.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the nursery management, childcare team and nursery support team in providing an amazing service for both our children and families
Ensure the whole setting runs to a consistent high standard
Be responsible for robust safeguarding practices, ensuring policies are adhered to at all times
Manage and deploy staff effectively using a weekly rota
Monitor the nurseries planning and observations using the nursery app
Embrace and implement the Cherubs Nurseries’ vision, values and brand promises ensuring you promote these in all aspects of your role
Supervise and appraise the team keeping them motivated whilst challenging any behaviours
Mentor your team and always demonstrate best practice
Attend 3 paid Saturday Training Days every year (January, May and September) along with an annual fundraising event for your nursery that also takes place on a Saturday
Requirements:
Right to work in the United Kingdom
Completion of a “Keeping Children Safe” Form
A DBS
At least 2 satisfactory employment references
Some roles may also require a 5-year employment history
