Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the nursery management, childcare team and nursery support team
  • Ensure the whole setting runs to a consistent high standard
  • Be responsible for robust safeguarding practices
  • Manage and deploy staff effectively using a weekly rota
  • Monitor the nurseries planning and observations using the nursery app
  • Embrace and implement the Cherubs Nurseries’ vision, values and brand promises
  • Supervise and appraise the team
  • Mentor your team and always demonstrate best practice
  • Attend 3 paid Saturday Training Days every year
  • Attend an annual fundraising event for your nursery that also takes place on a Saturday

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the United Kingdom
  • Completion of a “Keeping Children Safe” Form
  • A DBS
  • At least 2 satisfactory employment references
  • Some roles may also require a 5-year employment history
