Job Responsibility:
Lead the nursery management, childcare team and nursery support team
Ensure the whole setting runs to a consistent high standard
Be responsible for robust safeguarding practices
Manage and deploy staff effectively using a weekly rota
Monitor the nurseries planning and observations using the nursery app
Embrace and implement the Cherubs Nurseries’ vision, values and brand promises
Supervise and appraise the team
Mentor your team and always demonstrate best practice
Attend 3 paid Saturday Training Days every year
Attend an annual fundraising event for your nursery that also takes place on a Saturday
Requirements:
Right to work in the United Kingdom
Completion of a “Keeping Children Safe” Form
A DBS
At least 2 satisfactory employment references
Some roles may also require a 5-year employment history
