We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader to spearhead Lovable's Nordic expansion. This is a high-autonomy 'mini-CEO' mandate to establish our regional presence and drive the mass adoption of AI-native software creation.
Job Responsibility:
Full P&L Ownership: Define and execute the Nordic GTM strategy with total accountability for regional growth and operational excellence
Enterprise Leadership: Secure high-value partnerships by navigating the consensus-driven procurement cycles of the region's largest organizations
Ecosystem Advocacy: Represent Lovable in high-level policy and industry forums to shape the regional discourse on AI and digital transformation
Growth Innovation: Design and deploy non-traditional acquisition strategies that bypass standard funnels to achieve rapid market penetration
Strategic Feedback Loop: Synthesize regional market intelligence to influence the global product roadmap, ensuring we solve the most pressing needs of Nordic builders

Proven Founder DNA: You have successfully scaled ventures from zero and possess the resilience required to build a market from scratch
Strategic Nordic Network: You hold deep-seated relationships within the regional enterprise and tech ecosystems and can leverage them to accelerate market entry
Technical Fluency: You grasp the architectural implications of the AI shift and can engage effectively with both CTOs and product engineers
High-Velocity Execution: You have a documented history of delivering outsized commercial results under tight deadlines and ambiguous conditions
