The Head of Nordic Mid-Market ERP will lead a new business unit focused on delivering SAP Cloud ERP solutions to mid-market customers. This role requires a strong commercial background, senior leadership experience in ERP services, and the ability to build and scale a business. The candidate will oversee P&L, drive go-to-market strategies, and represent the offering in customer forums.
Job Responsibility:
Own the P&L and topline growth of Nordic Mid-Market ERP
Build, lead and develop the Nordic core team (Sales, Presales, Solution Architecture, Project Management, Customer Success)
Define and continuously optimize: Delivery model
Customer journeys
Commercial and subscription models
Act as executive sponsor towards customers and partners
Be the primary steering committee representative, replacing traditional enterprise roles where relevant
Drive go-to-market activities in close collaboration with SAP and advisory partners
Act as a sales-oriented leader who can confidently present, pitch and position the offering externally
Requirements:
Senior leadership background in ERP services
Deep understanding of ERP delivery and transformation programs
Proven ability to build and scale a business, not just manage one
Comfortable 'on stage' and in customer-facing executive roles
