Job Responsibility:

  • Take charge of incident management to minimise downtime and ensure top-quality service for our customers
  • Shape the future of our network operations strategy, overseeing upgrades, expansions, and security measures
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to maintain strong partnerships and meet service level agreements

Requirements:

  • previous experience of hands-on experience in network engineering or network operations roles, with a proven ability to lead and manage teams
  • strong understanding of network technologies, security principles, vendor management, and performance analysis
  • excel at troubleshooting network issues, managing incidents, and ensuring the reliability and security of complex network infrastructure
