Job Description:

Strategic role partnering with Citi's sub-servicer, Cenlar, focusing on organization-wide planning, strategy development, and execution across mortgage originations and servicing. Oversees various Servicing functions including Cenlar oversight, Remedy Management, Governance & Admin, Controls and Operational Review.

Job Responsibility:

Define Operating Model for mortgage servicing
Create strategy for operational process changes
Represent Mortgage business to internal teams and regulators
Create Strategic Roadmap to strengthen controls
Evaluate technology investments
Manage issue trends and escalations
Drive process improvement
Maintain ongoing roadmap with sub-servicer
Own and Drive Mortgage Servicing reporting routines
Create continuous loop of progress updates

Requirements:

15+ years of experience required
Citi and Mortgage experience strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work across all levels of organization
Ability to influence teams with non-direct reporting lines
Experience in all aspects of mortgage business including regulation, investor requirements, business drivers, and processes
Strong leadership/executive presence and communication skills
Demonstrated thought leadership with ability to develop strategic vision
Ability to garner support and secure buy-in across stakeholders
Excellent people leadership skills
Ability to create agile business approach

Nice to have:
