Job Description:

The Head of Money Movement Product Management is senior level position responsible for payment products for the US Retail Bank consumer segment. The objective of this role is to innovate, develop and implement product strategies through analyzing consumer behavior and preferences, competitive best practices, and product economics by working with internal and external partners. This role will be responsible for leading a team of product managers in alignment with Citi's leadership principles.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a team of Product Managers that oversee money movement products offered
Manage product strategy and roadmaps
Develop business cases to secure funding for new initiatives
Serve as subject matter expert and has oversight over the client experience, features and servicing processes
Initiate, plan and manages initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle working with cross-functional project teams
Manage product approvals, define product requirements, create user stories, define acceptance criteria, oversee testing status and post implementation activities
Make recommendations based on regulatory changes, competition, consumer trends and market research
Complete competitive analyst and identify key opportunities to drive innovation, revenue and drive positive client experience
Ensure a positive customer experience and the oversee the lifecycle of an initiative and day-to-day product support
Lead efforts to rapidly fix and remediate any situations which negatively impact customer experience

Requirements:

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in payments product management
Subject matter expert in US payment networks
Financial services and project management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a senior audience
Ability to drive business results with a strong sense of urgency
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred
Highly self-motivated, effective communication and decision management skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in an agile environment
Ability to take the lead in broad cross-functional groups

Nice to have:

Master's degree preferred
Financial services and project management experience a plus
