In this role you will deliver exceptional service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience that reflects the bar/ restaurant and hotel’s standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing an attentive and personalized food and beverage service to guests
  • Bring creativity and passion to life by crafting innovative, story-driven alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails that delight the senses and reflect the spirit of Four Seasons hospitality
  • Engage guests with vivid, knowledgeable storytelling—sharing the inspiration, origin, and flavor journey behind each drink to create memorable experiences
  • Prepare, mix, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and refreshments with consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
  • Personalize guest interactions by anticipating needs, offering thoughtful recommendations, and ensuring every guest leaves with a lasting impression
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, ensuring all products are properly labeled, stored, and rotated according to HACCP and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to develop new beverage pairings that complement menu offerings and elevate the guest experience
  • Monitor bar inventory and place orders to ensure smooth operations and continuous availability of premium ingredients
  • Participate in concept development, beverage tastings, and seasonal menu updates to ensure offerings remain fresh, creative, and relevant
  • Support colleagues during meal periods, in-room dining, or special events, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
  • Uphold Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct, ensuring professionalism, integrity, and respect at all times
  • Handle guest feedback or concerns gracefully, resolving issues with tact and efficiency
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, beverage recipes, and preparation methods to confidently engage with guests
  • Comply with all safety and emergency procedures and report incidents promptly to management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Mixologist or Beverage Specialist in a luxury hotel or high-end lounge
  • Proven expertise in cocktails artistry, flavor balancing, and presentation techniques
  • A creative mindset with the ability to tell stories through drinks and design beverage experiences that connect emotionally with guests
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • fluency in Portuguese and English is required, additional languages are an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • A positive attitude, polished appearance, and a deep passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with Four Seasons standards
