Job Description:

An “Outstanding” School in the vibrant heart of Hounslow are on the hunt for a Head of MFL for a September 2025 start. This is a full-time, and permanent position.

Job Responsibility:

Raising attainment, and the pupils’ numbers for French A Level
Leading a team of MFL Teachers across both Primary & Secondary – Secondary will be the core focus
Quality of teaching across Languages
Delivering engaging lessons to avoid behavior issues!

Requirements:

Must have high standards for yourself & colleagues
Strong teaching capacity in French at a minimum – both French & Spanish would be the dream!
Willingness to lead from the front
Must have UK QTS
Graded “Outstanding” or “Good” in recent lesson observations

Nice to have:

both French & Spanish would be the dream!
