Job Description:

An “Outstanding” School in the vibrant heart of Hounslow are on the hunt for a Head of MFL for a September 2025 start. This is a full-time, and permanent position.

Job Responsibility:

  • Raising attainment, and the pupils’ numbers for French A Level
  • Leading a team of MFL Teachers across both Primary & Secondary – Secondary will be the core focus
  • Quality of teaching across Languages
  • Delivering engaging lessons to avoid behavior issues!

Requirements:

  • Must have high standards for yourself & colleagues
  • Strong teaching capacity in French at a minimum – both French & Spanish would be the dream!
  • Willingness to lead from the front
  • Must have UK QTS
  • Graded “Outstanding” or “Good” in recent lesson observations

Nice to have:
