As Head of Merchandising & Promotions, you'll drive digital sales revenue and channel growth through effective web and app merchandising, promotions, and discount strategies while developing compelling digital experiences that meet consumer expectations and support market priorities.
Job Responsibility:
Establish the strategic framework for the sales planning cycle
Lead the strategic direction for performance tracking across sales channels
Develop the vision for online discount, promotion, and offer strategies
Define the overarching digital merchandising strategy
Work with the Sales Optimisation, Personalisation & Digital Change team
Define the strategic approach to sales campaigns
Lead teams across the region and establish a high-performance culture
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce, and online sales
Strong understanding of merchandising best practices and platform optimization
Commercial acumen to translate business priorities into effective merchandising and promotional strategies
Analytical capabilities to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations
Experience in planning and implementing successful digital sales campaigns
Leadership abilities in motivating and developing teams
Ability to build strong relationships across commercial, marketing, and technology teams
